Spring weather arrived fast and furious over the past week. We went from mid-winter conditions with plenty of snowpack to nearly 60 degrees, sun, and above freezing nights. All around town, people ask us… how's it going? Not to mention it was town voting day on Tuesday, so we see and chat with everyone in town! Our answer is simple with our fingers crossed - we will let you know at the end of the season.

 Its week one of Maple Season here at Harding Hill Farm - and we're as ready as we're going to be! It feels like a more traditional winter this year with a steady snow cover and some cold temperatures - it warmed up enough to check lines and collect sap on 2/26-2/28 before the temperatures plummeted again. We got enough to have our first boil, just in time for Tyler Webb's birthday on Sunday, March 1st.
