Harding Hill Farm LLC is seeking an entry-level ground person to join our tree care team. We're looking for a hard-working, reliable, and enthusiastic person to assist our certified arborist with tree care services in the Lake Sunapee region. No experience necessary. We are willing to train the right individual. Safety is our TOP priority. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn or expand their knowledge in the arboriculture field. You will also gain experience in our farm and maple sugaring enterprises.
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
- Have or be able to obtain a DOT medical card
- Be able to perform the physical requirements of the job in varying weather conditions
- Be willing to learn how to operate all equipment safely
- Have a positive attitude and desire to work outdoors in beautiful locations
- Provide references upon request
The following qualifications are preferred, but not required:
- Safe and proper chainsaw operation
- Safe and proper chipper operation
- Ability to perform equipment maintenance
- Safely operate and back up truck/trailer
- Farm work experience and/or knowledge of maple sugaring

- Be able to perform the physical requirements of the job in varying weather conditions
- Be willing to learn how to operate all equipment safely
